1. How do I join a tournament?
From the Home page, select a tournament, click Join, and complete payment if required.
2. How do I cancel my participation?
Go to the Detail Tournament page and click Cancel Tournament before it starts.
3. How do I view brackets?
Use the View All Brackets button to see the live tournament progress.
4. How do I buy more tickets?
Click Buy More if the tournament allows additional entries.
5. How do I top up my balance?
Click Top Up on the Home screen and follow the payment instructions.
6. How do I withdraw my balance?
Click Withdraw, enter the amount, and fill out your bank/e-wallet details.
7. I can't log in, what should I do?
Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, contact us via email or Instagram.

8. Can anyone become an Organizer?
No. Only users who register as an Organizer through the Switch to Organizer feature can create tournaments.
9. How do I register as an Organizer?
Click Switch to Organizer on your Profile. Fill in the registration form with your Organizer name and (optional) social media account.
10. How do I create a tournament?
Go to My Tournament → Create Tournament → Fill out the tournament details → Click Create.
11. How do I manage brackets?
On the tournament page, click Draw, input scores manually, and the system will update brackets in real-time.
